I was told by the contractor that no sealing was required. The flagstones are installed under a tree. Only after a 3 months they changed color from yellow to gray.I tried this product and it worked wonders. I used the stronger mixture and went down on my knees and started scrubbing. Don't get me wrong, it is not like new. There are still some spots and a little bit of shade but it exceeded my expectations.After cleaning the flagstones, I will now apply a sealant from the Dupont. I also use this on tiled counters, backsplashes, showers, etc. I mix with 1 oz in a spray bottle to squirting the floor. Or I put 3 oz in a 2 gallon bucket and mop. A small bottle has lasted me well over a month.
