**Q: What is the type of resin, e.g. Lexan LS1 or 2?**
A: Polycarbonate is all I know. Cut cleanly with a table saw.

**Q: can i use it to  protect plants from frost?**
A: I guess it could offer some protection from frost. I have no idea what its R value would be.

A: Use a thicker lexan as is will flex under pressure. Building a frame is something you may want to experiment with.
