I am so happy to find this here on desertcart! I received my package promptly and the pinolillo is very good. This particular brand of pinolillo is more like the kind I remember having as a kid. It’s somewhat of a courser ground product which means that it won’t dissolve easily which means that there will be plenty of deliciousness to scoop up with a spoon at the bottom! For my non-Nica peeps, if you’ve stumbled onto this product and are wondering if you should try it, I would say absolutely yes! Pinolillo is a little like horchata, in the sense that it can be served like an agua fresca. But, rather than being rice based, it is corn and cacao (raw form of cocoa) based. So, there you go!
