This book is adorably fascinating. I liked how it was a full length read. That always makes me happy. I like the characters. They were interesting. I do wish there were more description on what they looked like, especially the secondary characters like Cutter, and Billy. I wish we had more of a background on the two main characters, mostly because I couldn’t connect with them. The build up took quite some time, and by the time we learned what happened, I really feel like it was a buzzkill. I think it was meant to be jaw dropping but it wasn’t at all. I feel like her Father should have been more of a representation of a Seal, than he was described in the book. The climax was great and interesting, but the rest of the plot didn’t quite hit the mark for me.
