They sent me a gag with a 1 1/2" ball. For ladies there's a huge difference between those sizes. I would never have voluntarily bought a 1 1/2" ballgag; if a ballgag is too small for your mouth then the strap comes in wrong on the corners of your mouth and can be quite uncomfortable.
