Review: My favorite sugar free brown sugar - It's not EXACTLY like the old C&H stuff we're used to from childhood, but it's close. Very close. The flavor profile of this, in my opinion, is BETTER than the brown sugar we grew up on....because it's got a vanilla back note. It's really good on oatmeal, toast, and OMG!!!.......SO GOOD ON SWEET POTATOES! It does not really torch well....as in using a kitchen torch to brulee a crunchy shell onto a dessert. Something in that process, I believe, makes the erythritol come out, and then it has a distinct "coolness" factor when melting on the tongue that is sort of strange. But when used in standard ways as a brown sugar replacement, it does a pretty great job, and I don't have to worry so much about blood sugar spikes for my husband, who is diabetic. (Yet oddly, I use this stuff more than he does!)

To make them, just wrap beef little weenies in bacon and put a toothpick through to hold together, set them in a glass pan then smother in this Brown Sugar. Bake in the oven at 375 til the bacon crisps a bit on top (it will vary depending on the oven but on average 25-35 mins) and enjoy!! SOOOO GOOD! Thanks for giving me back a long time favorite! :)

A: Target sells it for pretty much the same price. try ordering on package from there.

A: I first thought I ordered granulated, Brown, and powdered but I didn’t get the brown sugar in that order. I do  like the brown sugar
