**Q: What's the size of the track???**
A: 1" diameter stainless steel pipe/tube. very strong and attractive.

**Q: How long is the track?**
A: 8ft. We needed 16ft so we bought 2 and put them together. The ladder is not included.

**Q: HI I just need to buy the connector. Do you sell it separately?**
A: About 6 months ago, I couldn’t find just the connector. I took the bar to a hardware store and tried several sockets until I found one that fit nicely. I tried the longer, deep sockets. I chose one slightly smaller than the opening. When I added some tape, it slid in and was nice and snug.

**Q: I need 2-6ft rails and 2 connectors- is there a way to just purchase those items?**

We have tube thickness 2mm(for sliding door system) and 3mm(for rolling ladder system) for this item,please confirm which one you need.

This is a review of the wheels only. The railing is quite sturdy and well made but I have another review for it. As for the wheels, they are quite flimsy. Once in the ladder there is a significant amount of flex that protrudes the wheels off of a straight line. While trying to slide the ladder it becomes bound up between the ground and the railing. The only solution is to lift the bottom of the ladder to release it from being stuck. Might be better off without wheels on the ladder.
