     So I always test lights before installing and once again I'm so glad I do. These super heated quickly and then started flickering. Several of the COB LED immediately burned out. The video shows the power surging within the units. Temp reached over 194 degrees Fahrenheit. you can see all this in the pics. Buyer beware and test all lights upon receiving them to prevent dangerous incidents and wasting your time. Easily returned with no issues.

The good; these light strips feel sturdy and have a little larger wire size than most of the LED light strips I've used in the past which is a very good thing and makes them much easier to connect then others with a very thin wire. The bad; wire connections on 2 of the 4 light strips was very fragile and came apart when working with them. The lights are also not as bright as I would have liked.  They would make good accent lights, but not so sure about daytime running lights. I;m not going to use them and will be looking for other brighter LED lights.
