Exercise descriptions were incomplete. A little light on the why of workout design. This is a quick read and if you want a place to start and this does it then it’s done its job.

For me it is less requesting to change a couple of dishes that to start work out. Anyway now I have to start very hard program to change myself. In this book I found direct, anyway all out program of exercises, so now I have my starting stage. I figure it will be much less requesting to fight languor with this book.

I am not sure why this book has so many good reviews. Compared to other books on the market like Convict Conditioning by Paul Wade this book seems like a rough draft. I am sorry but in the books current state of development I cannot recommend it.
