Although I haven't really used the CC slot, I like that it adds a bit of depth to my phone. (I have essential tremors in my hands so anything bigger and heavier is better for me). Normally I get bored with my phone cases super fast and want a new one every couple months, but I have no desire to look for a new one because this one is so great!Even after 3 months of using this, it still looks brand new and scratch free (many iphone cases get so gross and dirty looking). Plus most importantly, my phone has been totally protected. So that is good!!6-month update....still using this same case. It still looks perfect and has kept my phone safe. I might get a different color just to switch it up a bit but otherwise I see no need to change this phone case at all. Normally they start to look grungy after a few months but this one stilllooks brand new1 year update....I don't think I have ever used the same phone case for more than 6 months, let alone a year. I think I am ready for something new now (not because of the case, but because I get bored of things and want something different) My case is still holding up awesome. The back does have a few light scratches (the case - not my phone) but other than that it's still perfect. This case is very convenient any very well built. My wife hates taking her purse when we do family things like the zoo or amusement park, and I usually get stuck carrying her stuff around in my pockets (and I have lost her DL twice). This case not only protects the phone really well, but the storage compartment is very secure and it would be difficult for any of your cards to fall out. Her only complaint thus far, and I don't see it being a big deal, is that the back of this phone can be very slippery. She has almost dropped her phone a few times because the back lacks rubber or some other material to make it a bit more non-slip. I think it's more of an adjustment issue than anything, but just be aware. I'm very satisfied with my decision. The case matches my Rose Gold iPhone perfectly! I love the convenient card storage. I haven't tried to put more than two cards in at once, but there very well may be room for three. The door opens and closes without any hassle. I stayed overnight in a hotel a few nights ago and the keys were the kind that you only have to touch to the door. I put my key card in the phone case on top and I was able to open the door by touching my phone to the pad instead of digging through my handbag for a card. Score! It was so much faster. I also have a bad habit of forgetting my hotel key in the room. However, I would never forget my phone (sad, but true), so the card storage offered by this case definitely helped out in that department as well! The reason I gave this otherwise awesome case four stars instead of five is because I tend to be hard on phones/cases due to dropping and there is already some light wear and tear to the back. The case does have a nice protective rubber edge around the front of your phone to protect it from my clumsiness! The dings in the case that I have should not be an issue for people who treat their phone like the expensive piece of technology that it is.
