**Q: Does this come with enough bungee cords for the front and rear of the vehicle? It seems like it would need 4 cords; 1 for each clip.**
A: No.  One cord per two clips.  Clip 1 goes at front passenger wheel and clip 2 goes at front driver wheel, stringing the elastic tight between.  the other two clips go at the back wheels... if you haven't got the idea, clip 3 go at the back passenger wheel and clip 4 goes at the driver back wheel.  or vice versa. It really can't get any more simplified.

**Q: how long is this ?**
A: About 3 to 4 feet long (approx.) but it stretches from one side of the car to the next (like a rubber band) but very strong.  It's very good!  Holding up so far!

**Q: Which cover would we need for a kia soul?**
A: This product only holds down the cover. I don't believe this has a size associated with it.

Excellent product for securing car cover and unlike straps that come with cover secures cover at both ends stopping it from riding up and uncovering at front and back.No need to use other straps so easier and quicker to install cover.
