I bought this as a birthday gift for my 9 yr old daughter thinking it's time for her to have her own to practice and play in, and keep her out of my more expensive stuff. For this purpose, I highly recommend it. I give it three stars because I noticed in her practice and play that you have to use a lot of the eye color and lip gloss to notice it on your skin, the amount you get is not much and the mascara that came with it is mediocre, at best.
