The photograph is of an Elegant Touch grey double-sided, curved emery board which I have previously purchased and was pleased with. Although this description does state ‘buffer’, the photo is of the grey emery board. The thing that arrived in a double sided-curved pink nail buffer, IT IS NOT AN EMERY BOARD and the photograph definitely contravenes the Trade Description Act!

The item you sent me was not the item in the picture. The one you sent me was a pink buffer. It was not black. So it was the wrong description. I have now returned the item. I will not be ordering again. Very disappointed.
