It is life sized and as the box describes. Note, the back of the target is flat and cardboard. It comes with a big wooden stake which is easy to install. The front of the target is a thin plastic, so there is some cleanup if you like to keep your range clean. The "blood" is basically paintballs inside and they do not do very well in weather near freezing. My target didn't really bleed as I used it in 35F weather. Lots of fun, easy to carry. My one complaint about this target is what makes it worth the price?
