2 in 1 Digital Facial Steamer and LED Magnifying Lamp Combo - New

I’ve had this steamer/mag light combo since February of 2020. It sat for 3 mo as we were all on house arrest and so being as though it’s October it is still what I would consider new. I love that the steamer arm is adjustable, However the mag light arm is also supposed to be adjustable but it just drops right onto my clients face. I have to hold it as I look over my clients skin and have to rest it on top of my hands while doing extractions. I’ve tried tightening the screws and they are good and tight. It used to hold its self up, but not anymore. It is also very picky on how the pot sets in there. I have to fight it all the time and it’s annoying. The covering on the LED panel is also splitting on the time up buttons, for $400 I would think that these problems wouldn’t be there just yet. Also just an FYI, when increasing the time, it makes a loud beeping noise. Not very relaxing for the client as you increase the time for their facial. Overall the fact that the water pot has a handle and that the steamer is adjustable, I would still buy it again, but if all my gripes were fixed, I would’ve paid more.

This steamer/mag lamp has let me down. The retraction arm of the mag lamp only worked for a couple months, the plastic holding on the base of the steam arm cracked and I’ve had to tape it to keep it stable, the plastic casing on the mag lamp also cracked. The plastic cover over the controls is already splitting. For the steamer being so new I wouldn’t think that any other of these things would be happening. I will not recommend this unit.
