I send it in for warranty and Transcend claims it was received damaged. It had only been in my phone and it was returned in the same plastic box I received it in. My Micro SD card was useless after 4 months. After RMA back to Transcend, they said it wasn't covered under warranty because of physical damage. There was no damage to the card when I sent it in. If you scan through several of the reviews on Amazon, this appears to be how the company avoids warranties. I've read several reviews which had the same RMA response from Transcend. I'm not buying from this company again. Luckily it's <$10 out of pocket. Good bye.--------------After 4 months, can't write or format the micro SD card; it's now useless. I tried to format the card and it says the micro SD card is write protected and locked. But there's no physical switch on this little card???? I can read the pictures off the card but can't use it anymore. I guess you get what you pay for.I used it on my Android phone to store pictures.
