It was the BEST thing ever!! It was fine to have me fill up the ice machine when I was staying with my mom, but it was hard for me to imagine how she would do that on her own, particularly since we were going through so much ice. We started transitioning to this ice cold therapy wrap after the first few days. It's so cold that you can't leave it on for continuous cooling like you can with the ice machine, but when the icing becomes shorter stints several times a day, this thing is GOLD. As an athlete, I have tried a number of cold therapy wraps, and I had never seen something like this. Let's just say I'm a HUGE fan! It's colder than you can imagine (so insulate appropriately, of course), and it stays put. A picture you show here is a man wearing one of these around his waist - that is impossible!. I paid 1/2 as much on another wrap and it has long enough straps, but is too large.
