I had issues with my SI joint staying in place after chiropractic adjustments, and started taking this to help reduce the swelling in the joint. It took a few months to build up in my system, but my adjustments started taking and the swelling went down. I've tapered off from taking it in the last 6 months and really noticed a difference in joint paint and adjustment effectiveness. It's a natural way to help combat pain. I find the pills are a bit large and require a lot of water to swallow. I normally can down 4-5 pills at the same time, so please be mindful that you need a little extra to swallow these. I try to take them with food and at lunch because they can cause some reflux depending on what I eat with it.
