This alarm clock is great. The features are the works, it's hot everything. I keep my USB rechargeable lamp plugged into one of its USB ports. I have adjusted its brightness to different levels when I decided to put it further from my bed (snoozer here), it allows for custom snooze times, the vibration is strong and removable if you don't want to use it. The alarm is LOUD and has an option to be ascending! The perfect alarm clock in my opinion.

This alarm clock works well for the hearing impaired as the alarm sound is loud enough to wake a deep sleeper. The settings are a bit more complicated than most alarms as more features are offered but overall, the clock works well for its intended purpose.

My son is a heavy sleeper so I was hopeful this alarm clock work. It did…while it worked. A few months after buying it began to malfunction…wrong time/alarm didn’t work. Very frustrating. It seems this is one in a long list of wasted money on alarm clocks.

This unit does of good job of waking me up. Without my hearing aids I can't hear a regular alarm.The vibration is surprisingly strong. The vibrating unit is not noticeable under my topper, so no bump / lump that I notice.Highly recommend for those hard of hearing.

This product is great. I was so happy to replace our old clock with this one. The display is large so I can keep it on the other side of the room but also adjust the brightness. Has ports for two phone chargers, has options for alarm, vibration, or both, and changes alarm speed the longer you take to really wake you up!

My son is 16. He is the hardest child to get up for anything. He hears no alarm clock he claimed I have to about drag him out of bed. This alarm clock with mattress vibrator got him up first try. I am so impressed. I am buying an extra to have on hand

The clock overall works fine, easy to set, and it wakes up well. However, when I tried to plug in a phone to charge it started chirping, I tried different cables but nothing helped. so i stopped using it as a charger. it worked fine for a few months, but after about 8 months, it started to buzz/chirp together with the bad shaker! there is nothing to but to buy a new alarm clock, which I jus did.so basically it has chip electronics build into it, that's why there are other people with different eclectic issues.Don't BUY!

This clock worked great for my mom until the display went out. I contacted customer service and they asked for my order number and a picture of the problem display. They said they would get back to me right away. I never heard from them again. Do not buy from this vendor.
