It came in nicely packaged and damage free. The first time that I saw this chair, I was kinda concerned by the looks, because I used to have those lumbar support chairs. To my surprise, it was so comfortable. You won’t believe that your body just molds it in. It’s very relaxing, plus with the right heights that would just cover the upper part of my body. Despite the looks of it, it almost feels like you’re sitting on a couch while you’re laying down.
