Blinking running lights are not legal in most jurisdictions. Blinking usually reserved for emergency vehicles only. So simply don't connect the running lights-- or you will probably get pulled over. Otherwise good, brake light is bright enough (remove tint though), sequential turn signals very good. I don't like the emergency flasher operation, light spreads from center and I wonder if that's legal. Hope the cops are OK with it. This is a great safety add on, enhancing visibility of brake lights for inattentive drivers behind you. If it saves a second of reaction time by them, it could prevent a rear-ender. Well worth it. **Q: If red & black are connected to +12V and -12V constant source, wouldn't it drain my battery overtime?** A: No it won’t. It have some sort of smart chip. It is activated by anyone of the other signal wires. ie the brake, turn signals or the hazard lights. Otherwise no power consumption. **Q: Can it be mounted on the outside of the window or only inside?** A: it's better to mounted inside the window **Q: Is there a way to turn off sporty blink or is there a similar product that doesn't blink on running?
