Unfortunately, the cable for it fried and the blanket no longer works even with a new cable. I was so happy to be able to find this again, but this new version just does not compare to the old one at all. It doesn't get as warm, and the material seems to be stiffer than the old one I had. The way this one feels when you move it feels like one of those packaging paper that is use in shipments and just doesn't feel like a regular blanket. I'm just disappointed that the quality dropped so much. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Price is Low, But the Quality is Low too *by F***R on Reviewed in the United States on January 30, 2021* I purchased Biddeford's basic throw over 10 years. Still using it, but it only warms in spots now, which I have made do with for a couple of years now.So I got a new one. I am just amazed at the steps Biddeford went to cut costs on it. The material is thinner. They got rid of the reinforced stitching. It just looks really cheap. To be up front, I probably paid more than $41 for the old one from a Kohl's, but it wasn't a lot more. Hopefully they didn't skimp on the electronics. The controller is the same as my old one, except with blue buttons.I will update this review once i use it for a while. ### ⭐⭐ Quality of the blanket is not what it use to be *by D***. on Reviewed in the United States on January 4, 2020* I had a micro plush Biddeford heated throw blanket that I absolutely loved. The blanket lasted for years, however starting having trouble with the controller recently. I was so excited to see this blanket was still available, however when I received it, I was disappointed that the quality of the blanket itself is nowhere near the quality of the original blanket. This new blanket is very thin... no way you would consider it as plush.
