I bought this so I could listen to things like interviews, TED talks, etc., from my phone while doing things like grocery shopping without annoying other people or holding my phone to my ear the whole time. It's an excellent solution for that - lightweight, comfortable, clear BT connectivity, a very thin long-enough cord that retracts with push of a button, and holds a charge for quite a while. I liked it so much that I bought another one to use with my tablet for things like audiobooks and TV shows/movies.If you're looking for a high-end headset with a transformative sound experience, this is not the device you want. OTOH, if you're looking for a utilitarian BT earbud with a very small footprint and push-button retraction at a very affordable price, this little workhorse could be just what you're looking for!If I have to say one negative thing, it would be that its charging port is micro-USB, not USB-C, but that's very minor since I still have micro charging cables lying around and new ones are still readily available online and in stores.

I don't know if my product is faulty or not, but when I put the bud iny ear it goes almost completely quiet. When outside my ear, I can hear it clearly. I tried both ears, cleaned of any wax, and check it see if the bud was clogged. The product worked well at first. So I'm not sure exactly what happened. The design is perfect for what I need, but when the bud malfunctions it's completely unless.**Edit. They replaced the unit free of charge and the new one has worked flawlessly.

The retracting system is terrible and after 4 months of having it people could hear me but i couldn't hear them. To bad because i did like it while it was working.Update.... got a new one after two months the wire pulled out of the earbud piece of garbage now

It has good hearing quality but I don't like the fact that the Bluetooth use a foreign language other than English to connect and sometimes feel as if the calla are intercepted by a third party on the line.

This was purchased for someone who had suffered a stroke and lost the use of one side of their body. It's great because it can be clipped somewhere convenient and they can easily deploy it themselves and retract it when not in use - all with one hand!Docked one star because it is difficult to differentiate between the middle button (call answer / hang up) and the volume up and down buttons above and below the middle button.The call button (middle button) should have a different texture and/or height to be easily identified without needing to look at it.Can be fixed with a piece of grip tape put on the call button.

The sound quality is great and it was very easy to setup and use. I wish the power button was over top of the volume buttons, but that is minor.

I've owned 6 of these. The ones with the battery LED have all lost segments with 9 months. Don't expect it to last.

I believe this is one of the few bluetooth that really works very well even dough is not pricey it will keep you connected for hours. I must say, the wire will be in the way of many things during normal operations for example: your car seat belt, sometimes your own arm and other things, I just want everyone to be aware that the design is great, its also a pretty nice clip that works well.
