We have used this for banana bread and it is perfect. Just lift it out on the insert and it is great. Much easier than hoping it will just dump out of the pan when turned upside down. We haven't tried it for meatloaf yet.

I've only made meatloaf once and it didn't come out right too big and dense! But that was free hand and without a pan. This is only my 2nd time making this and it came out Perfect! This is also my first pan I ever owned for meatloaf. It's fits in my new Wave oven perfect so I can save money while still making good food. It small enough not to touch the plastic part of the oven so it won't melt. But! This is a big pan in which I wanted in case I have guess over. The pan is pretty deep too so you will get a nice thick meatloaf. This Pan can make enough to feed 7-9 people With Portion Size! The mid part of the pan sat high enough not to sit in the grease, I would say about 1inch to 3/4inch off the base. Thank You to this company for making a quality product at a affordable price, I am no longer afraid of cooking this dish! 🙂

Nicely weighted, not flimsy. Perfect non-stick pan for meatloaf.

I've done half a dozen meatloaves and it still looks like new and cleans up easily.

I needed a larger bread pan than the typical 3.5 x 8.5 size so that my Cinnamon Raisin Swirl bread and other breads would come out with the right shape and height. This 3 lbs meatloaf pan size was perfect. Its nonstick ability worked terrific (with a slight coat of cooking oil spray) and the bread was baked evenly throughout. The oil tray that came with it, when inverted, becomes a very useful stand to use in place of a cooling rack.

This pan is an excellent idea so that your meatloaf is not swimming in fat which is healthier and can make for a soggy bottom of your meatloaf. Non stick and easy to clean. The handles make it simple to get the meatloaf out of the pan. Again - GREAT IDEA!

First: There is a manufacturing defect due to either poor quality assurance, or poor product design, as manifested in a misaligned perforated tray Insert which wobbles when set in place. One of the handles is not properly bent such that it is not square to the pan. It is not possible to fix this.Secondly: It’s advertised as being made out of carbon steel PERIOD, with no further qualification as to whether or not it has any coating, such as “non-stick”. Therefore it could be reasonably assumed not to have any such coating. Well…. it turns out that it DOES have a “non-stick” coating of some type, albeit not specified in the instructions received nor on the box in came in, but clearly on the product. I didn’t want any coating because of toxicity and durability concerns, so I am not happy about this - I have no idea what the coating consists of. Since it has a coating, there is no purpose for it to have been made made out of carbon steel, since aluminum is a better conductor of heat & hence would have made a better product.

Works as it should. It's nice that the meatloaf isn't sitting in a pool of fat. The " lifter " amkes sure of that.

Bought it to replace my old pan. It is easy to use and clean. Would buy another one.

there was nothing to dislike as it is all of the above, ease of use, sturdiness and easy to clean.
