I was apprehensive to purchase when reading reviews. If you expect it to remove dried on, crusted food, nothing should be expected to do that job! When you're done using a pan, put it in the sink filled with hot water & a few drops of dish soap. Let it sit until you are ready to clean it out. Or, just clean it out as soon as you are done using the pan. The sponge works great!Love that it can go in the dishwasher! Rinses out perfectly also. The hanging loop is awesome.......I hang it on the inside of the cabinet door.I keep 1 in each bathroom to use for cleaning the sinks.

I bought these to stop the stink in my sink that comes from using washcloths / dishcloths.I had so many I gave half to my best friend. I'm not sure I'll ever need another one cause I wash dishesfour times a day (special needs dog) and rinse it often. It's a life saver!

Great soft duty silcone sponge's. These are great and will easily replace dish rags in the kitchen. They won't replace your scrubber as they don't have the scrubbing power. They also do not develop the odor the plain sponge's get after a week. I love them.

I really like these! I use them in the shower in place of a washcloth ( no musty smells), for my dishes, and I keep a few of them in the drawer beside the oven ( I find myself reaching for these before the other potholders!). I have also given them to some of my family members and they like them too! I had to make another order!

Not as good for washing dishes as I’d like.I bought it because I hate the moldy smell so many dish scrubbers get, this does solve that problem, but unless you have very soapy water it drags across the dish.

These are awesome for pre-rinsing dishes before putting them in the dishwasher or cleaning big messes from other surfaces such as the stove top. I'm not sure how much I'd use them for "finer" cleaning only because I prefer to use cloths or towels. That may just be my preference though.I'll definitely be using these a lot as they are great for what I use them for.

It gets time to get used to, but in the end it is fine and it feels much more hygienic! Although you might use more soap as the soap slips out easier than in normal sponges.

Bought these because I was looking for a replacement for disposable sponges. These seemed like a good idea, but the fringes/textured bits of silicone are way too soft to really clean any grime or oil off dishes -- instead it seems to just push the residues around, and then any little pieces of leftover food/etc gets trapped in between the textured surface. If you're trying to replace disposable sponges for scrubbing dishes, just invest in a higher quality dish cloth and don't bother with these. Since they come in a pack of 5, I tried to repurpose the rest as a shower loofah and a face scrubbing sponge. They aren't exfoliating enough as a shower loofah -- the silicone is so soft that it isn't able to exfoliate, and it doesn't lather up soap in the way that a typical loofah would. I encountered the same issue when I tried to use it as a face sponge -- the silicone was too soft to help remove any makeup/sunscreen during the day and the fringes were too long so they would just be squished/folded up against my face instead of actually helping with any scrubbing. On the plus side, there's quite a few of them (so decent value for the price, I guess) and they're quite large (about the size of my hand). Still, I wouldn't recommend them for the purposes of a dish sponge/loofah/face sponge.

These slither over dishes, which is fine if you're swishing out a coffee cup, but trying to get stuck cheese or eggs off a plate - forget it. Yes, there's no sponge grunge and odor buildup - but I feel they're of very limited use.

They are funny little things and they WORK! These aren't scrubbers, but they do a great job on dishes, glasses, pans with gravy or sauces. The silicone "brushes" aren't as rough on your teflon pans and they do a nice job on fine china too. The different colors help keep them in their proper rooms of the house too.

I bought this for dishwashing but was totally disappointed. It has no grip, too slippery on dishes. The bristles are too soft; dont scrub properly and don’t lather unless you use a lot of soap. I may have to find other use(s) for these sponges, dishwashing is definitely not one. They are especially horrible for washing pots.

Good concept, but doesn’t hold soap so you’re wasting a lot of soap
