I'm taking this product along with Good Hair (which I totally LOVE). The integrity is off the charts. I did not expect to see results so quickly. It's been only 2 weeks and my hair and nails are showing amazing results. This supplement has helped with my hair and nails so much! I should let you know normally my hair grows at a snails pace. I’ve been taking these every morning for a month. I can truly say this has helped immensely. I wish I had a before and after pic.
