Interesting suspenseful read you won’t be able to put dien
This is such a readable series. I love the characters but worry for Violets safety every time I get caught up in one of the books. I have to keep reminding myself that there are more books in the series and they probably won’t kill her off. I find it hard to put these down and wind up reading them until my eyes protest too much!

Great introduction to Violet Darger
Dead End Girl is a great introduction to the young FBI agent Violet Darger. She’s smart, insightful, vulnerable, flawed and damaged, making her character development fun and engaging. Can’t wait to read more.

Excellent work
The action is fast pace and the characters are very well written. The punch line is not forth commimg until the very end.

Some great parts but…
An interesting murder mystery but I was able to actually put it down for a few days before I picked it up again. Then I had to rush to finish it.

A roller coaster!
This book is a thrill ride that keeps the reader guessing what is around the next corner. The ending was a surprise. The authors have a way with words!

Good read
The book started out a little slow But then it picked up momentum. The 2 men that were involved at the end of the book What if been more Would have been more intriguing had they been mentioned A little bit more throughout the book It was an excellent read The end

Interesting Story
I found this to be one heck of a twisty turning story. I'm looking forward to reading the next book or two in the series.

Really enjoyed it
***This Review Contains Spoilers***I enjoyed this book a lot. Darger's story was a good one, and I really enjoyed Loshak's personality. The story started off a bit slow, but once it picked up, it was pretty smooth and captivating. Midway through the book, I was hooked and would have to fight myself from reading the next chapter (so that I could get at least a decent amount of sleep). The ending was a bit disappointing for me. The build-up was great, but I feel the ending didn't do its justice. I feel like I was left with more questions than answers =/One of my biggest gripes is how "dramatic" Darger was portrayed. There were a lot of Soap Opera vibe moments from Darger, which got old after the 2nd one.Other than that, I really did enjoy the story and do recommend it! Onto the next one!

Good read
Although I enjoyed reading this first installment of violets stories I could of done without all the time spent with the killer but none the less a very good read with believable characters and story line that kept me turning the pages.

Not as slow as they say!
I read other reviews saying this book was slow but I disagree! Maybe the odd part where the action slowed down but for me it added a bit more of a psychological twist. Probably not the book for you if you're looking for a quick and easy read. I prefer more depth to a story and I found it here!

terrific
I really enjoyed the first book in this series, kept me up late devouring it.Violet is quite the character, sometimes you just want to give her a shake but she is so likeable.
