Great product. I take it every night. Helps me relax and sleep, but it does give me strange dreams.. not sure why. Not complaining I guess it means I’m getting deep sleep. 😂

A choking hazard
Find another calcium supplement. These calcium pills are gigantic! 😩 And I have to take 3 of them to get the right amount of calcium. Also, they are dry tablets, not a gel capsule. Even taking one at a time they tend to stick in your throat. They don't really have a taste so no complaints there.
