FIIL Hearing Amplifier Mini Sound Amplifier in Ear Almost Invisible Battery A10 (Right)

I absolutely love this hearing device! If you have the whistling noise, try a different size tip. My ears are very small, but the small tip gives me so much whistling. So don't go by the size of the inner part of your ear. The medium size tips work great for me, with no whistling.I actually just reach up with my fingernail and adjust the sound volume. So much easier than taking it out, finding the tool, and doing it and placing it back in. There is no on/off switch, just simply open the battery door (it's easy) and TA DA it's off.I use mine a lot. I keep trying to find the same exact style, from this company, but keep ending up with one that I can not adjust easily with my fingernail. I find this very frustrating. But for the right ear, when I need another one, be guaranteed this is my only choice.My hearing with it, I do not hear smaller children with a higher voice (most of them) and woman who speak softly. My TV can be heard outside my unit. But!! With it, I work with 7 and 8 year olds, EASY to hear them. My TV? With it,,, LOL A friend said "can't you turn that up? I can't hear it!" I had not heard birds other than sea gulls when they squeal and crows when they are really cawing a lot. But, I came to a DEAD STOP (LOL on a Main street) asking a friend "Is that a bird?" The friend has known me since I was very young, I had not heard small birds before!! Now I can!

Takes a bit of trail & error to get solid sound without loud noise or ringing...But once you get it right its comfortable & very clear...but did have difficulty turning sound down..(don't think I have it down enough yet_the little pin on end of cleaning brush twisted when I inserted in groove to turn_) AND I CAN'T FIND WHERE TO TURN IT OFF..unless it means to open battery lid??? Don't see on/off button in instruction booklet...

Adjustable volume does not go low enough. On the second day the audio started to breakup . I returned it. No hassle .

This works as well as the really expensive ones.

I would rate this as a don't buy. My expectation was at least a year before it stopped working.
