These are the best! I have used them on all of my chairs. If I had help I would put them on the dining room table too but too heavy for me to lift up.My furniture was always on oriental rugs until I moved and now hardwood and tile.The ones with the nail like these are the only way to go.The adhesive kind is worthless!

Have been putting these on all our furniture bottoms/legs that are on the floor. They stay put instead of smushing loose like the sticky felt ones and they do not collect pet hair and dust bunnies. They make moving heavy furniture so much easier especially when cleaning. Bar stools and table chairs get used many times daily and they protect the chair legs and floors from wear.

We placed these on our outside chairs and they have lasted going on 2 years. No scratches on the decking and they are staying in place. A good find.

These Sliders are great! I’ve used them in the past and they’re awesome on hardwood or carpet. No other hard disk feet protect hardwood floors. None!

I replace all the sliders on my dining set--8 chairs--with these. The older ones were a different grade of plastic that wore through on the point so contact. Some were scuffed when chairs were out on our concrete patio. I took the time to level the bottoms of the legs so that these meet the floor squarely and not and a slight angle like the old ones that followed the angle of the legs.I wish they had some slightly larger, say 1-1/2". These still tend to sink into heavy carpeting whereas larger ones would float better. I even glued some 2" ones on my wife's sewing stool and they really skim over plush carpeting nicely. The only problem is they get stepped on and come off.

These sliders saved my marriage! My husband bought the dining table and chairs, and I bought the carpet. Unfortunately, the two don't go together. It is very difficult to pull the chair out to sit. Once seated, it is equally difficult to slide the chair out. We fought over this at every meal. After researching solutions, I opted to order these. I only regret not ordering earlier or more of these! I fixed them myself as a surprise. The chairs already had some sort of nail at the legs. I only had to remove them, and hammer the magic sliders in. Now sliding in and out is a breeze! I will order more to complete the whole set of dining chairs as I only ordered enough for 3 chairs. Pay attention that 4 sliders means sliders enough for 1 chair only and not 4 chairs.

Haven't used yet, but I know they work - bought them as a backup. Always needing these and the other stick-on sliders. I hate those other felt sliders because dust and dog hairs attract to them like magnets, so these gray tipped sliders are the only ones I get now. I would give it a 5 if they made them to last better under heavy usage.

These little feet are the best. Be careful not to pre-drill your hole too big or the feet will fall out. These were used under a custom table that weighs about 500 pounds. They make moving it around incredibly easy.

They glide so smoothly and quitely.
