Truly nonstick
Pros- The best quality so far. Will update after using a few months, truly nonstick- I always put a drop or two of olive oil (never tried without any oil). I always follow instructions and use no higher than medium setting, only wooden or silicone utensils. Handle does not get hot. Solid construction. Kudos to JNC General- I chose free standard shipping, EDT was 1/14-1/17 but to my surprised, it arrived early on 1/11/19. Cons- handle is plastic, not silicone. A little pricey but you get what you pay for. I used to buy cheaper ones and thought it is worth it if they last a few years; this time my friend highly recommended Evermore and sent me a picture; she had been using hers for over a year or so. I was a little disappointed when I saw a tiny scratch on top near the handle. Since it was not the area where the food will be touching, I decided I can live with it instead of going through the hassle of exchanging. I still give a 5 star rating because the nonstick quality is the best I had ever come across.

great pan
My sister in law had a wok from this brand with her when I moved in with my brother. After 5 months, I noticed that wok was still non-stick and washing it was a breeze. There were scratches in it from metal utensils, but the coating seems extremely thick so it never flaked off and the wok was still nonstick. It is also pretty light for the thickness so I was intrigued. I bought the 11inch frying pan to replace a failing and flaking teflon pan and so far it is living up to the standards that wok is setting. By far the best non stick pans/wok I've ever encountered.

Very sturdy and easy to use
I have been trying to find a frying pan for awhile. I received the pan bubble wrapped in a box. It has a very secure handle and won't get hot when you cook. It is very durable and easy to use. I love the pan for its non-stick surface, dishwasher safe and easy maintenance. I cook two meals a day almost everyday. I have a gas stove and this pan works perfectly for all of my cooking needs. I am so happy to finally find the pan that fits my cooking style and budget.

DURABILITY
This is the best ever fry pan. It's large enough and cooks like a dream. Also color red is lovely. I give it 5 stars.

A little bit pricy but worth it for the quality.
Really nice build much better nonstick that the traditional one and resistant.

Good non stick but not so well made
On the positive side the pan is wonderful for cooking. Eggs with or without oil slide right out. It distributes heat well and cooks evenly. I have purchased the smaller version just last week.On the negative side the colored insert in the handle broke off while in the dishwasher. No reason for this to happen and now I am trying to find a glue to repair the damage. Pan is still usable but looks bad, which is the reason for the three stars.
