This stuff is AMAZING. I can't eat gluten, and prefer the keto lifestyle anyway, so I was super excited when I discovered this stuff while looking for whole pork grinds on Amazon. I can't remember the last time I had fried or breaded anything and last night I was in heaven on cloud friggen 9, let me tell you.We made chicken parm (never had it before, but found a recipe online that looked good) and had a bit of crumb mixture leftover. Didn't want it to go to waste so ended up making mozzarella sticks using frozen string cheese (holy. sh*t.) Those mozz sticks were the best any of us had ever had. So light and crispy, flavor was amazing (we did mix the pork crumbs with nasty Kraft parm, onion & garlic powder, oregano and basil) and we had made marinara using Prego mushroom as a base and added a buncha crap to it so it didn't just taste like store bought sauce. Yeah, I'm like, lazy, but only half lazy? ANYWAY, the chicken was GORGEOUS. Fried beautifully, wasn't greasy, nothing was greasy!! Tasted AMAZING. Everyone in the house (all 7 of us, including the picky toddlers) agreed it was one of the better dinners we've cooked to date and we cook new stuff all the time. Best thing yet? I thought this stuff was kinda pricey, but turns out a little goes a long way. We coated 8 filets and 8 mozz sticks, still had a bit we had to throw out unfortunately, and the jar is more than 3/4 full still.I SUPER RECOMMEND THIS. I did see some people got unlucky with an open jar, hey that does happen, just send it back or if it says they don't accept returns, you contact Amazon through the chat and they will issue a refund and tell you to throw it away. I have had to do this quite a bit with food items. Don't give up, this stuff is just too damn good.

I wanted to try this as a low calorie replacement for bread crumbs. I toss it with chopped potato bites before roasting them. It gives a wonderful bit of crunch and flavor. Definitely will be buying again.

We frequent the Keto diet in my household, so I liked the idea of these Pork Rind Breadcrumbs. They kind of clump together and don't really distribute well when using. They're ok, but I've found other breadcrumb alternatives that I prefer to cook with. Maybe I'll try them again in the future and reevaluate.

These made a great binding agent for meatballs with no taste (which is what you want). Also great as coating for fried foods.
