My Mum couldn't hear us with our natural voice for many yeard, we have to shout just for her to understand what we are saying. She used hearing aid decades ago but it was annoying. She heard everything even the car engine noise. So she stopped using them. Every time i suggested a hearing aid, she is always hesitant because of her bad experience. I bought this product without telling her. The reviews had helped me to choose this. Since the price is not too bad so better take the chance. Today is her first day to use it and Yes! My mum can hear us now. It just need some volume adjustments and a right fit dome. It should be properly placed and fit in your ear without air space, otherwise you will hear a beeping sound. We did trial and error by using different dome sizes and some volume adjustments. I also tried it just to see how it works and for me, the voices are very clear. My mum is still in adjustment period but she seems ok with it. Thanks you!! I hope it will last long. Where can we buy spare domes of her size?

This is a great unit for the price. It's easy to use and amplifies well. I now have one for each ear, and it was easy to set them up to work together...only took a few minutes to set the volume level to even out the sound levels evenly. Highly recommended!

They work but they don't have easy volume control. Have to remove in very noisy situations..Right side stopped working Called customer service still after 2 days no reply. Think twice on these.

USED THIS PRODUCT TOTAL OF ABOUT 4 HOURS AND STOPPED WORKING. TRIED THREE DIFFERENT BATTERIES, NO GOOD. PRODUCT IS NOW UNAVAILABLE. CAN SEE WHY!!
