Thank you very much for choosing our product! Toe angle, camber angle(or inclination),scrub radius, caster angle, mechanical trail, kingpin angle, kingpin offset are very important performances to adjust the chassis of your car. This gauge could help you ensure if you have got the correct camber angle and caster angle. Also it could be used as a normal gradienter. The body of gauge is made of high density aluminum and precision level vial, but the mount is made of metal so that please live it away from water, or maybe it will get rusty.

Hmmm well. Oh I dont know.
Ok so the product it self seems. And could very likely work. But the issue being not enough instruction on how to actually use it and get good results. So it's been well over 6 months and I've used many times on couple different vehicles. But have yet to actually get the desired camber via service manual. Tried many techniques and positions on rotor and rim. But no good final results. My eye balling turns out better results. But I haven't actually had time to test my idea. But if you took a threaded rod abiut 3-4 in. And put it between where magnet attaches to guage. I feel the results would be better. It's to hard to read tucked into the rim and at all different angles. I think if guage was to stick out further out of the rim it could produce better results. And a smaller magnet wouldn't hurt. One that's hair smaller then width of rotor. Cause if it's not flat flush to rotor. It's not going to read acurate and its challanging to get flush with this huge magnet.

I can't recommend this. After first laying it on a flat surface. My bubble meter said it was angled. So to test things out went to my friends automotive shop. Then tested it against his digital calibrated version. It was off by roughly 0.75 degress. Thats alot.Granted it can be adjusted when u read it top down with the adjustment knob. But when u try to read it in the horizontal position ur way off

Buyer be ware!!!
Used once, seems to work fine, easy to use. I put the alignment tool in my tool box and 30 days later went to use it again, but couldn’t because the bubble “leaked” out of the camber level. Useless now and passed the return date. Save your money buy a different product. Junk.

Inaccurate
This will get you in the ballparks but when checked against a digital angle finder, the inclination is off one and a half degree at the full scale of 6 degrees indicated (should be 4.5 degrees). The manufactured quality is good except for this.

Does what it is designed for, but not good in hot weather.
It worked while it was cool weather, but as soon as the liquid warms up, then you lose the measuring bubble. The liquid expands inside the measuring tube causing the bubble to expand, tool becomes useless. Also, the glass holding the liquid busted after accidentally banging it on a wheel. Very frigile.

Not readily adaptable to wheels-on usage, no mounting provision
Magnetic gauge requires a flat vertical surface for mounting.

Easy to use
This gauge reads camber angles directly, vs the Longacre with scribes lines. No guessing here. It also has a side level to get it horizontal which is handy. It's a nice well made piece.
