Unusual, untraditional and very un-orthodox, this Condimento delivers the purest scents of truffles wrapped in the complex sweetness of an excellent condimento balsamico. There is nothing better than a pink, tender veal Carpaccio for this precious elixir. Steaks and any grilled meat also release the aromas of truffles as does a simple baked potato. Drizzle over prosciutto, pates of any type as well as over a simple risotto with Parmigiano Reggiano.
