Purchased for Brother MFC-L3750CDW. Worked for about 2 wks, then kept getting a msg saying to "replace ink", or "no blk ink". This message basically disabled my printer.Re-calibrating printer, using troubleshooting tutorials, nothing worked to get my printer working again. Before trashing, i decided to contact Arthur Imaging directly to see if they could help.After explaining thru email what happened, they responded offering to send me an updated replacement chips for my ink cartridges, with instructions how to install.I installed new chips and all is well now. Ink has been working fine for almost a month now. I will continue to monitor ink and printer performance, and will update this review with any new issues.Because of good customer service, and willingness to help outside of return window, I'm giving this product 5 stars. Price is also far more reasonable than original Brother ink.

My Brother printer is a little over a year old and is now in the shop due to the magenta leaking all over the place and spilling onto the print copy. I believe it has damaged the sensors because it will not recognize the new black Brother toner. It was not recognizing the Arthur Black toner so I purchased a Brother toner and it still did not recognize it/ The technician has not been able to find the problem. I will not purchase this product again.

I had difficulty initially, all operator problem. I did have some concerns regarding why I need to replace some of the toner when an indication on the printer suggests there is up to 1/4 toner remaining. Secondly, I had send a notice expressing concerns but never got a reply. Thirdly, what do I do with the empties as I now have two empty sets of 4.APPRECIATE A RESPONSE.

Well, they seem to work well. The chips worked for me, but the printer says "non genuine ink" but anyway it works. I did keep the original chips just in case I run into trouble.

Bought these when I got my new printer months ago. I have a Brother MFC-L3750CDW and that model is listed right on the toner box. However, when I finally had to replace my toner today, this didn't work. The printer isn't recognizing the new toner cartridge. Of course, I have no return option with these so I'm now out $150 with cartridges that don't work, a printer with no toner, and now I need to buy MORE toner. Could not be more dissatisfied with this product. Complete waste of money

This set of toner cartridges has been working great for me. The print quality is indistinguishable from the Brother counterpart, making it quite a bargain in my opinion. When printing out images, they come out crisp and clear. I'm certainly happy with the order and I'd probably buy it again when I need to replace.

Works the same as the Brother originals except the handle in the middle goes down instead of up and on your Brother Status Monitor it shows a question mark above the colors that you changed. But other than that they work the same and produce the same quality as the originals for a whole lot less money. I'm happy with them and have already re-ordered.

The replacement cartridge received from the vendor is clearly mis-manufactured with the handle on the cartridge upside down. My brother printer does not recognize the cartridge and will not run as it says I need to replace the cartridge right after I have installed the new one. Called the phone number for the company and is some cell phone in California that was turned off. Will try and contact via email but BUYER BEWARE.

I purchased these refill cartridges at the same time when I bought the printer to have replacements available whenever the ink ran out back in August. February rolls around and I need to replace my black ink cartridge and the printer will not accept them.UPDATE: Amazon directed me to the seller and they got back to me promptly providing a recommendatuion to reset the printer with the new cartridge and things appear to be working fine now.

J'ai commandé ces cartouches en même que j'ai acheté mon imprimante et Amazon et la description disaient que les cartouches faisaient pour l'imprimante Brother TN-277BK/C/M/Y. et je dois changer ma cartouche d'encre noir et cela ne fonctionne pas. Je suis vraiment fâchée de ce service. Je fais quoi avec les cartouche qui ne fonctionne pas pour mon imprimante???? Je ne peux plus les retourner depuis le 4 mars 2021. I replaced two toners 1 month ago, black and magenta. They were working perfectly, suddenly they are not recognized and I didn't do any printer update.

I liked the toners because they were chip-enabled, and the price was a substantial savings over original Brother toners. The printer (Brother MFC-3770CDW) recognized them as "non-genuine" toners, but seemed to work fine - though the colour looked on the light side (not as vibrant as those printed with original Brother toners). After about six months of normal usage (home office documents, etc.), the magenta cartridge began to leak toner onto the printed pages, resulting in visable small patches of red all over the pages. Soon after, the cyan cartridge also began to develop white streaks on the printed colour pages. Cleaning the drums as instructed in the manual did not help, until new toner cartridges were installed. Test pages printed with Brother-supplied test "lines" were all found to be clean and crisp.Conclusion - buyers beware ... non-Brother toners do represent substantial savings, but reliability and high quality may be potential sacrifices.
