I initially purchased for skin health and moisture as I read it can help with dry skin. Based on another review that this was also good for women's orgasm i was intrigued. I have taken this 1 capsule a day for five days. I can say it works! Ladies you will get there fast and more intense than before. At least that's my experience.

This seems to be a good product and I have no issue with it. Unlike with some other brands of L-histidine, there is no smell from it, so that's good.

I took the whole bottle with even double the dosage each day and saw little to no improvement for my eczema. I only missed a couple days.

Do a Google search for L-histadine and delayed ejaculation. If you have it you know it. There have been studies that show L-histidine reduces the time it takes to get there. Five capsules for me about 30 minutes before an encounter worked miracles. It was nothing for me to go an hour or two trying to finish. This allowed me to increase my sensation and now can complete on average in 15 minutes. Be very careful though because too much of this can cause premature. I took this for 3 months and now I don't have to take it anymore. Finding information on treatment of delayed Ejac is very obscure on the web. This stuff works for sure.
