It's fennel...
There is not much to say on this product, it is fennel. It didn't explode during transport, so that's a plus, but besides that it is just fennel, sooo

Decent Quality, But Not Very Fresh
The packaging is nice and the quantity is good for the price. I appreciate that it's all-natural, non-GMO, and vegan, which makes it a healthy option.However, the fennel seeds didn’t seem very fresh. The aroma was mild compared to other brands I’ve tried, and the flavor wasn’t as strong either. It still works fine for cooking, but I was expecting a bit more in terms of freshness and fragrance.Good for everyday use, but not ideal if you're looking for premium quality.
