I’m not kidding. I was very, VERY skeptical of this straightener based on the price and the scattered reviews. I have long, thick (as in ‘can’t get the hair tie around my ponytail twice’ thick) naturally wavy hair. It usually takes me about 30-35 minutes to straighten my hair with my Chi. When my Chi stopped working after SEVERAL years, I low key panicked because I didn’t want to shell out the money to get a new one. I came across this absolute miracle of a straightener and threw caution to the wind and bought it. This morning, I straightened my hair after washing it last night (so I really put it to the test with my natural hair) and it took me 15 MINUTES. And it’s PERFECTLY straight. Pin straight, even. I am suuuuper impressed. If you’re on the fence, just buy it. Don’t let the price sway your decision. Just thank the hair gods you found this wonderful tool at a low price and do the darn thing!

This flat iron is extremely powerful! It gets so hot, it'll have your hair smoking, and you'll need to turn it down! It heats up really quickly, so there's no waiting around for it to get hot. My hair is very thick and curly, and this flat iron was just what I needed.

Well it works but it doesn't lock after use and buttons on right normally they on left and when pressing to close on hair it hits metal on side so I give it a 4 star 🌟 I wish it had lock for closing after done using I had put rubber band keep it close

The straightener is inexpensive and it does work…The negative on mine is the plastic handle appears to wiggle when you use. It feels like it will detach when using it. I’ve used a few times and now using a different one- afraid I may burn self.

I’ve owned (I still own, who am I kidding) Chi, Babyliss, T3 straighteners, but all 1 inch. So I was watching YouTube the other day and saw a random video of a girl doing curls with a straightener with larger plates. Because I didn’t really NEED another straightener, I opted for one less expensive… man, oh man, this straightener has now replaced every other hair tool. Since the pandemic started I’ve just been tying my hair up, nothing - no tool, was ever fast enough so I wouldn’t even bother. I’m on day 3 of straight hair!!! I love it and want to buy another to store in the closet for the time this one breaks, even if it’s in 20 years!!! Amazing product.
