Changed out locks in our home easily. My 16 year old son did it for me no problem. I love the finish on these. Looks antiqued. Very sturdy well made knobs and locks. Price was also good

Lightweight but functioning well. Inexpensive. Can't speak to durability as they have only been in use a short time.

I know this is not the most secure lock, but it's easier to use than the more expensive locks we currently use. These were bought just so we could change the locks on the cheap until I could get better ones. They serve their purpose and look decent while doing it. If ordering 2 or more sets, not sure if they can send sets that are keyed alike. I had this happen-not a big deal as I was able to give the second set to a friend.

Out of the box I was somewhat impressed. The knobs and deadbolts were all solid metal with no cheap plastic parts. The strike plates and even the screws had a matching finish. The keys all worked. The price was decent compared to other brands. But after un-installing my old dead boIt and door knobs I started noticing just how poor quality this product is. My previous dead boIt and door knobs were easily twice as heavy with much thicker metal, heftier screws, and solid connection bolts for security. After installing the new Amazon Basics knobs and deadbolt they both easily scratched during installation. The dead bolt wasn't terrible other than a few scratches, but the door knob was awful and very loose. Both products were difficult to lock and unlock with the included keys, requiring a lot of jiggling, and didn't feel smooth at all, like my previous set. Furthermore the deadbolt was slightly crooked, by about 10-12 degrees, and didn't align properly with the perfectly level strike plate, so I had to twist the strike plate a few degrees to accommodate for this flaw. Also the whole door needed to be pushed closed a lot more firmly to get it to latch, and close properly. I was unable to make any adjustments to the strike plates to get it closing more smoothly. After a few days of frustration, I went to my local big box store and grabbed a set that costed $5 more and installed it with no issues. The new set is solid, works perfectly, and has a lifetime warranty unlike this garbage product that only has a 1 year warranty. In closing I'll return this cheap junk. I was very unsatisfied with my purchase.

These were really easy to install. They aren't as heavy duty as Brinks but I'm happy with my purchase. The same key opens both locks and deadbolt.

Moved into new place and needed new locks. Love that you can lock the top and bottom. But there are separate keys for each lock. Thought it would all be one lock but now I have to carry one for front door and one for back door.

Firstly I liked them, the Oil Rubbed Bronze complimented my refinished doors and these were an affordable option. Luckily l had some help as the metal rod needed grinding down and I don't have a grinder. Unfortunately the helper later knocked the knob with a glass jar and it dented! So in my opinion they are not the greatest quality, the old ones are much heavier & solid but the finish was gone.

I installed these door knobs 2 months ago. And from normal use these door knobs are losing their paint and turning a pinkish coppery color. They are starting to look awful and I will have to replace them. Door knobs are not a disposable item and should last many years. Im very disappointed because amazon will not replace or refund me as I had ordered them too long ago waiting for my new doors to get installed. Even if I had installed them last year when I ordered them, they still should not being wearing out! What a cheap product. I will not order any Amazon basics products again. Waste of $61.
