Stand and Fill Wildlife & Deer Feeder w/ 4-Foot Stand and Fill Legs - 300 lb. Corn Capacity - Model TF300L4

This is a decent feeder but it’s not as coon proof as my 320 pound game winner from academy. It’s also $350 more that the GW feeder and $650 more expensive by the time you add the shipping cost. It’s not hard to assemble but it’s time consuming. It takes about a 30 minutes to assemble but I had to disassemble the varmint guard because the spinner plate was adjusted too low from the factory. Between the raccoons being able to easily access the plate and the plate being so low, it was dumping 300 pounds of corn in less than 2 weeks. It was set twice a day for 3 seconds. I adjusted the plate up almost an inch and it’s working much better now but the coons still can reach the plate no problem. It slowed them down but it’s still aggravating especially for the price that it’s an issue. I have the directional feeder as well and I like it way better but it as well is overpriced. The metal it really thin gauge that is riveted together with no sealant that I can find. Moisture hasn’t been an issue yet but unfortunately I believe it’s inevitable at some point. Both of mine arrived with some decent dents in them as well. I’m not promoting the game winner but honestly I believe it’s a better built feeder and it’s cheaper. No rivets and literally takes 2 minutes to assemble. As far as the timers go I’ll give the win to the to Texas. The legs should last forever but I don’t believe they are any better than the other feeder I mentioned. I really like Texas hunt products but I just can’t get behind the price. I’m all for supporting small USA companies, just wish they’d lower their prices to be more competitive. As far as my hideaway directional feeder, I love it and the way it broadcasts the feed. I feel like the deer are more comfortable around it than anything else I’ve tried. I’m sure it’s got something to do with how far it slings the feed. I’d probably own at least 5 more if they were 2/3 of the cost they are now.

Great deer feeder definitely worth the money Item was shipped In one day of ordering delivered in twodays. Feeder is very bulky expecially with legs on it but. I have did not have a issue getting it to the hunting spot. I had one minor issue with the battery door. The company got back to me in one day and I had a new door in 3 days great service. Glad I've found a company that will actually stand behind their products. I have had racoons try to get in the bottom of the feeder and they failed to get in great design. This varmit guard actually does what it was designed to do. Overall it is a Great feeder with a lot of features and should last a long time.

Product has performed as expected with no issues. I’ve purchased this feeder approximately two years ago and haven’t touched it other than to refill with feed. The solar panel recharging system works great! Worth the money buy the time you purchase cheaper ones over and over.

The media could not be loaded.  The only thing I could possibly say bad about this feeder is that there should be a hinge for the lid. This feeder was much more expensive that others I could have purchased, but worth every penny knowing it will perform.

works very well. I gave only 3 stars because #1 it might be bear proof but not water proof and deer feed does not like water. I calked all seams and legs. also I bought the 300lb hopper but could only get 200 lbs in. didn't want to compress feed for fear of bridging. Over all works good and does what its advertised to do. The deer love it

Item was just as it was described. Already have deer and turkey coming to feeder. Racoon s have come an visited but can't get into feeder. Good buy I will probably get another.

I've had nothing but trouble with mine. It has not operated more than a week without jamming up. Waaaay over priced junk.
