Excellent knife
This is really a beautiful chef knife. It has a comfortable grip and is well-balanced. I sliced up a tomato to test its sharpness. It cuts effortlessly. I was able to cut up some paper-think slices! The knife is extremely sharp, and I am very happy with my purchase :-)
