Strange but good
Thought it was odd to just dump the packet in my mouth but I did. Tastes a little like lemon chiffon but feels strange with the little beadlets-which you’re not supposed to chew, per instructions. They sort of felt like they might stick to my teeth but when I washed the residual down with water, no issues. I can say bowel consistency has improved. Easier to “go”. Seems like a lot to dissolve but it melts quickly

This is the best Prebiotic I ever had. My stomach hasn't had a problem in more than a year! Good on the bowels. A nice banana like consistency.
