This is the most satisfying purchase I've done online up to now! It arrived exactly in time. It is of perfect quality and provides super comfort. Everything I needed from this purchase! Ive had a wooden kneeling chair for years but it broke recently. This metal chair is much better quality it has advantage of being super adjustable according to preferences. But in general I can say that kneeling chair really helps with back pain and improves posture while working significantly. It provides the same ergonomic support as saddle chair but has a great advantage over saddle chair. With kneeling chair you can sit next to normal sized table. But when you use saddle chair the table must be much higher than normally. Saddle chair can be used only with standing table that has the ability to adjust the hight of the table. Kneeling chair can however be used with almost any normal table. From my experience of totally treating back&neck pain only useful products are kneeling and saddle chair (or any chair that supports you when you are in a near standing position). All the other ergonomic office chairs, ball chairs, swooper chairs, spring chairs etc. are real fraud and no good waste of money.

I'm 6 foot about 200lbs.. I have it on the second highest setting and it's more then enough leg room. So I would think this would be good for those a bit taller then me, maybe up to 6'4 or even 6'6 with the highest setting.. I'm not sure though.. just a guess. Lots of pros and cons with this SUPERJARE Ergonomic Kneeling Chair.Pros: You're going to feel the corrected posture immediately once you use the chair. It's comfortable, no pressure on the knees, the cushion is okay. I have had bad back trouble for nearly 15 years now and since I been using this chair there is a significance difference, I have less back pain and overall my back feels much stronger. I can also feel my core tighten some from the chair which is good.Cons: it's a weird chair. It feels very different and out of the box. It will take getting used to for many people. Personally if not for the improvement in my back, i would have already switched to a normal chair. The wheels aren't as mobile friendly as my past desk chair. Unlike a desk chair there is little wiggle room and you can't just slide out and stretch your legs out. I kind of miss that. While the chair is comfortable it does cause my legs to have a slight pins and needles feeling when using it for long periods of time. The cushion can irritate my tail bone area if using for long periods.. When i say long time periods i'm talking over an hour to three hours of use. Assembly is a nightmare, the directions suggest you get a helper but I was thinking really? for a small little chair.. The directions are right get a helper. The two main pieces of the frame go together like scissors and it's nearly impossible to screw it in without it closing up and pinching your fingers. I had to have someone hold it open while I screwed it together. Once together it's good.. seems to be a bit hard to adjust as well. Oh and it pinches the family jewels together a bit too often, I certainly don't like that.Overall: I like it, i'm satisfied with the product. Honestly, I would rather use a normal desk chair and would if not for the improvement with my posture and back that I get from this kneeling chair. It really does make a difference for me and it's too much of a beneficial difference for me to want to go back to using a desk chair.

I just finished assembling the chair and am now sitting on it while typing this review. I have been doing research online for many days to find the best kneeling chair because I have never used it before. It helps my posture to sit on straight rather than slouching as soon as I put my hands on the keyboard. Let's see how this chair can help my productivity.

I don’t like it. The quality is not do good. Not easy to adjust it. Also, the wheels broke up just when I sit on the chair. Just to understand, my weight is only 114lbs and my BMI is 20.I had to return this product.Do not recommend it.

Went together well, though the seat is a bit crooked. Sturdy enough at first, but is getting a but wobbly and squeaky. Very comfortable though! I like the ability to adjust it.

Smells weird like plastic but I love the build finish and adjustability! I bought one in black as well that I'll use at my work Office. I'm using the gray one at my home office sinces it's probably more comfortable due to fabric finish. I'll review the black one soon.

after putting it together, properly and on level ground i might add, the chair "leans" to one side so when you sit in it you fell like you are off-kilter. attempted to tighten everything and make it straighten up, but it seems to be an issue in manufacturing. would not recommend or buy again.
