Very tough. Good grip and easy to install

This was used for a Civivi Baby Banter fixed blade holster. Never messed with this type of clip before. Took a minute to install and test. the clamp is tight (takes getting used to), but the retention is beautiful. The holster is snug, but it's no match for this mighty clip. Perfect product, shipped fast, USPS re-routed for a few days. Well worth the wait. Great product and seller.

I have been using ULTICLIP products now since 2017 having bought two of the ULTICLIP 3 version and now the ULTICLIP SLIM 2.2. In my opinion, the ULTICLIP design is absolutely superior to any other IWB Holster Retention Clip design in terms of quick mounting and secure retention and release/removal of the holster. My primary IWB Holster is a Fierce Defender Paladin Series Kydex rig designed for a Glock 19/23 pistol mounted with the Olight PL Mini Light. The holster came with the conventional polymer belt retention clip which no matter what type of holster I use that type of belt clip with, for me they never securely held the holster in place. I bought one ULTICLIP 3 for Fierce Defender Paladin holster and the other for my custom made Tactical Measure Non-Light Bearing IWB holster. On the latter holster, the ULTICLIP 3 was a perfect fit but on the Fierce Defender Paladin, I first removed the polymer clip from the holster body and removed the RCS claw and mounted the ULTICLIP 3 on the arm where the RCS claw was mounted. This basically allowed the ULTICLIP 3 to ride flush with the width/side of the holster and fit over my nylon belt with ease. The only problem was that the sharp edges of the ULTICLIP 3 protruded over the edges of the RCS claw arm mount and would stick into my pants or body at certain angles which was at times uncomfortable. So I purposely bent the edges inward to avoid any issues. Over time, I decided to get the ULTICLIP SLIM 2.2 and give it a try as it's narrower width and rolled/bent edges were perfect for what I needed to mount on my holster. Turns out it was absolutely perfect for the job and despite it’s small size, the retention is solid for a gun the size and weight of a loaded and light bearing Glock 19. I can’t say good enough things about ULTICLIP, they make a fantastic product of very high quality. They will be part of all my current and future IWB CCW holster needs.

Great clip, Super useful to conceal my fixed blade, Bit too expensive, Clip is SUPER STRONG so it’s not easy to pull off the pants even when the clip is un-done, To me that’s a positive not a negative when it comes to survivability, It does rust if you work in water everyday like I do but it still functions like new, Great clip, I’m about to purchase a different ulti-clip for a different sheath. Great hold and function. Put it on a pants, or a backpack, it’s versatile.

Someone complained about the time it took to receive which personally I expected the time frame because everything has tracking numbers and I read before I buy. My American made mini needed a holster and I refuse to spend $50-150 on what was $20 in material with a ton left over for other things including this clip. This clip is capable of clipping to my B.A. belt and even the thin of my jeans. Not just hanging there either, I can draw this NAA as hard or fast as my arms can move and the clip has not in any way given way. At most all I can cause (on very thin materials from a draw which induces some torque that should always be taken into account on life saving gear) the clip turns on the material as slightly shown in the vid. The video is posted was to illustrate the clip on thin Jean material and a duty style rigid belt. I'm not telling you the clip is made for either thickness I'm showing capability. The clip you buy should be thought out before purchase because they are not all the same size. I hope everyone can be a grown adult being a life preserving tool with a full charge is displayed. I don't take sides, I'm not interested in opinions, I just honestly wanted to show why I bought my clip. And I hope this is useful to anyone truly interested in getting one because this is my first and I wish I jumped on them years ago. P.s. all great things take time. Be patient and don't blame Utiliclip for wrong measurements or the slow service of USPS. Update* original clip still works exactly how I expected and shows no signs of mechanical wear with daily use. Got a second clip recently for my little magnum and I have to say this seriously is the absolute ultimate clip when used properly and the correct size is used.

Great sturdy clip. Doesn’t open without a good amount of force, which means once it’s clipped on it isn’t going to come off accidentally. Use it to fasten some small fixed blades to my work pants and they stay fast even with constant movement, crouching and lifting of heavy things.

These are very sturdy attachments for my pocket fixed blade knife sheath, you can clip it almost anywhere and it doesn't budge when locked.

They work just as described, I recommend them.
