Q: I have a small wrist. Info says I should order small at 18 cm as it will be 1 cm larger. This should fit me fine but is the info correct?

I had to buy a medium as large was too big. Measure your wrist in circumference and by this size smaller as they run large. I had a large and it was 2 cm bigger than advertised. Either order small and try it and send it back but don't destroy the packaging of the item (not the Amazon box) to be able to get a refund

Q: There is a very strange smell coming from this band - like an antiseptic. Is this normal?

Maybe it's been treated because of covid. Ask the sellers.

Q: What strength are the magnets?

The magnet doesn't hold the bracelet at all it kept falling off I nearly lost it a few times I ended up throwing it in the bin complete waste of money

Waste of time - didn't fit

The actual bracelets are awesome but only if they actually fit on your wrist....!What's the point in providing sizing information if it is just nonsense.Really frustrating.

Like the product, was a little concerned about the sizing. I don’t have thick wrists but I reluctantly went for a large which Is about right for me.
