These work, and I use the word work lightly.The first pair of headphones, because I had to test both after discovering issues, half worked, the other works okay.The broken pair: One headphone, the one with the microphone, works the orhwe headphone has no sound at all. Considering that's part of the reason I needed new headphones this is kind of disappointing. In addition to that the sound comes across kinda muffled sounding for both pairs of headphones.

After a few months it starts "controlling" the phone when plugged in, like adjusting sound to go up or down without you doing it and opening google and Bixby. But the sound is okay. It doesn't break but just makes the phone go crazy sometimes.( I've had it for over 5 months)

I had the original ones which came with my phone for over 6 months. Great quality.Original ones had great sound and durable. When I ordered these I was thinking they would be the same in my mind "Wow what a deal". Nope! Sounded trouble, muffled underwater. They lasted two weeks before they had a short in the wiring and stopped working completely. I gave it a star because it worked, but didn't want to do that.

I'm disappointed with the quality of the product, the sound is not great and it is not compatible with the phone, within 2 weeks the microphone stopped working and because it is not compatible with my galaxy phone, it actually messes up with your apps (launching & stopping on their own while earphones are plugged in).

First time using these headphones, the sound on my phone would randomly increase or decrease (even though I was not pressing the volume button on the headphones or my phone). Google assistant (Galaxy version if Siri) would also randomly pop up. When listening to music with these headphones plugged in, the music would randomly pause for no reason. Basically, whenever these are plugged in, they make my phone go crazy

I got these for my boyfriend and myself.. they do not work.. all you hear is static.. and not hear right.. very disappointed..

I really dislike that it falsely promises that it works like the new samsung headphones. It does not. Save your money.

The sound quality for listening to music is phenomenal. I'll see how the earbuds perform for phone calls but so far I'm very impressed.
