Works exactly how it should for my 2012 Chevy Silverado crew cab looks like new and works as just as good, no wiggle or looseness and couldn’t have been more happy with my outcome, even came with a backup (which I didn’t pay attention to when I ordered) fits perfect and even easier to install, I don’t know absolutely anything about tools or fixing anything at all and I fixed it in less than 10 minutes alone (no videos or directions) I’d give more than 5 stars if possible, would recommend, would buy again! It doesn’t come with screws or tools by as expected.

The factory latch for the center console in my husband's 2012 chevy pickup broke, so I got this as a replacement. It was easy to install. It is plastic, so I am not sure how long it will last, but it is not used everyday. I am glad I founds this part.
