My experience in trying these ORGANIC Spirulina tablets has been nothing less of absolutely great! you can take up to 4 a day but personally for me I feel I only need two and that pretty much does a great job for me.I honestly find that these give me some extra energy and provide me with really nice nutrition as well as acting as a powerful antioxidant for my body. I really like how convenient this is, I've tried the powder form before and I honestly did like it but in a pill form is just so much more convenient than having to mix in a shake or any other food.this really makes great for on the go travels I can bring them in my carry on bag and take them through out my days with out taking up too much room in my bags. they also smell good at least to me they do and the smell is not too strong but pleasant.I really dont mind taking these they are super easy on my digestive system and I'm rather happy with my experience with this supplement.I really appreciate that these are USDA cert. I have taken other spirulina tablets from a more prominent vitamin company and these seem to be the same thing for a lower price. I like that the tablets are not too big to swallow. The only thing that makes me a little nervous is the misspellings and incorrect grammar on the bottle. I try not to judge a book by its cover, but a company providing nutritional supplements should take the same care with packaging that they (hopefully) take to create a safe and effective product. These spirulina tablets are easy to swallow and I have no problem taking 4 at a time. I take them after breakfast and make sure I get my required dosage of all these powerful ingredients and supplements. My skin looks brighter too and I guess that may be the effects of the astaxanthin and all those vitamins and minerals.I highly recommend these. No side effects.

Great Spirulina Pills. I take it daily (twice a day), after my lunch and dinner. The serving size is 4 tablets per day, so I take 2 at a time. I like the fact that it contains astaxanthin. I remember listening to a video by Mercola on astaxanthin and its amazing benefits. I will definitely re-order.

This product is supposedly the purest of its kind. I did my research before trying it out. This spirulina is sourced from southern India and away from human, agricultural and industrial settlements. It is sourced from fresh water and no pesticides, herbicides or chemical fertilizers are used. It also meets the California Proposition 65 standards for lead.I will continue to order these. Good source of beta-carotene too.
