I've ordered other queen pillows on Amazon before but they were either too hard or too soft. Some were too puffy even to fit into a king sized pillow case!But these pillows are perfect. They are just right and give us a good night's sleep without neck pain in the morning. I recommend buying them.

The pillow came vacuum sealed so after opening the package, I let it sit for a day. There was no unpleasant smell and the pillow fluffed perfectly. The first night, I tried the pillow as is, but it was too thick and not comfortable. I removed some of the foam and tried again the next night. Still too thick. I ended up removing about a third of the foam and now it's perfect. I wouldn't say it's cooling, but it doesn't get as hot as some other pillows I have. Overall, this pillow is comfortable and has helped me sleep better. I would recommend it to a friend.

This is the most uniquely made pillow I've ever seen! The lovely zippered cotton outter cover is padded! YES, PADDED. Then, the inside "pillow" is zippered and contains the "fluff", which you can adjust to your personal comfort. A sturdy ziplock bag is included to store excess "fluff", should you need to do so. The gussets and zippers are very well stitched and it looks as if this will withstand washings well. I very much like that it squishes down, giving just the right amount of support when I lay and bounces right back when I raise up.I used to be loyal to My Pillow, but their quality has drastically declined. This pillow surpasses their quality when they were producing a great product. And I couldn't be more pleased with the value.I highly recommend this pillow. 💋💋

These are the perfect blend of poof and softeness. I can’t give advice on longevity since I’ve only had them for a month or so, but so far they have been some of the best pillows we have purchased. The price was decent also. I will likely buy more of these, but maybe the king size next time since we have a king size bed!

This is the Second time I've bought these pillows. They are very comfy, stay puffy, and are easy to clean. I'm a side sleeper, and these are firm enough to not hurt my neck or shoulder! Soon, I'll have these pillows in every bedroom and my living room too!

I really liked the idea of these pillows -that you can adjust them by adjusting how much shredded memory foam there is in the inner compartment. However, as other reviewers have stated, the memory foam has problems. First of all, they remove all the air and vacuum-pack the pillows for shipping so when you get them they are about an inch thick. The directions say to take them out of the package and shake them, then let them sit for a day or two and they will expand. Well, that does not really happen very well. The memory foam stays partially compacted and clumped together, unless you wash the pillows. To do this you have to remove the outer pillow and wash the inner and out parts separately. And you can't wash them in a regular washer with a central agitator. When I tried this the pillow parts just floated on top and would not saturate with water. So, you have to go to the laundromat and use a front-loading washer to wash them. If you do this the memory foam will unstick itself and be nice and separated and fluffy, like it is supposed to be, but then it takes forever for them to dry. When they are finally dry they will be really fat and fluffy, and too firm really. So then you have to adjust the pillow by taking out some of the foam. When you do this be prepared with something to put the extra foam in, and be prepared to spend a lot of time cleaning up all the little bits of foam, which go everywhere. So in the end I did have two usable pillows, but I don't think it was worth all the time and effort to get them that way.

I’ve struggled with finding the perfect pillow. I’ve spent so much money testing different ones, but nothing has been consistent. The ACCURATEX Side Sleeper Pillow was the one I’ve been searching for. I don’t wake up with neck pain anymore. I absolutely love the ability to remove the foam pieces, which don’t have a smell. The pillow has a poly-fil material on both sides of the pillow surrounding the foam pieces providing good support for my neck. I’m able to sleep comfortably on my side and my back. I recommend this pillow to anyone struggling to find the perfect pillow. The best part is you don’t have to spend a fortune.
